The prices are meant per day and apartment include: Free Wifi, bedlinen, towels, water use, heating, electricity, vat, final cleaning, parking. Prices are subject to change.

Important: From 01/01/2014 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to 2,30€ per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.

Check in: the apartments are at your disposal from 4 pm on arrival day.

Check out: the apartments have to be left within 9 am on departure day.

We ask for comprehension that we do not allow pets.

The reservation is valid after receipt of a deposit.

In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation from 30 to 7 days prior to arrival a penalty equal to 50% of the entire booked stay will be applied.

In case of cancellation the 7 days before the arrival date a penalty equal to 80% of the entire booked stay will be applied.

For cancellations the day of arrival, as well as in case of delayed arrival and / or early departure and / or beds reserved and not occupied, we will charge for unused days 100% of the daily rate as booked.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed.
